We started CaseReader after reading a 17-page lease for a sports club on a tight budget. The committee needed to know what it said before it paid for advice. Most people with a document in front of them need the same thing.
Who we are.
- CaseReader is a trading name of Beyond HNGT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
- We aren't a law firm. We aren't solicitors, surveyors or accountants, and we aren't regulated by the SRA, RICS or ICAEW.
- What we do: read your documents carefully, mark what matters, and write your questions out, so the advice you pay for goes further.
Who checks your pack.
- A person checks every point against your pages before your pack is delivered.
- Where we use independent professionals to check packs, they work under a written contract that requires confidentiality.
- Every pack keeps a record of who checked it.
The AI models we use.
- Anthropic's Claude models help prepare packs, and run the optional chat.
- OpenAI's GPT models help prepare packs.
- Their data terms are set out in our privacy notice.
- Several models read each document on its own, and a person checks the result. No model's answer reaches you unchecked, except the chat, which says so.
Your documents.
- Encrypted in transit, and stored encrypted in a private storage bucket in the EU.
- Uploads are deleted 90 days after upload. Packs stay in your account for 12 months. Ask us, and we'll delete either sooner.
- A pack opens only when you're signed in, and only for you and the people you share it with.
- No advertising or analytics companies, and no cookies for analytics.
